Would you like to return a product?

You can return your products to Meditech Europe. This is possible in the following cases:

• repair
• warranty
• return (within 14 days of purchase, provided product is in new condition)

Unfortunately, we cannot take back the following products:

• colloidal products
• supplements
• cosmetics
• books
• products that are not in new condition

In order to process your request optimally, we require a fully completed return form. This can be found here:

You need to arrange your own transport to Meditech Europe. Please note that you are responsible for packing the returned product well, so that the product cannot be damaged during shipment. If anything happens to the product during shipment, you are responsible for any damage or disappearance of the product.

We recommend that you take a clear picture of the parcel you send to us. In case of damage during the transport, we will assist you by also taking a picture of the goods received and sending it to you. This makes it easier to communicate with the transport company used and solve the problem.
