Natto comes from Japan and is ultimately fermented soybeans. They are first put in water for a while. Then they are boiled or steamed. Then to be fermented with added bacteria. Natto is very healthy because the soybeans are fermented. Fermented soybeans can help fight bacterial infections and contribute to healthier digestion with a reduced effect on constipation. There is an enzyme in natto that contributes to healthy cholesterol and blood clotting. There is magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, iron and probiotics in natto.
