Conditions

An agreement will be drawn up including the following arrangements:

• A deposit of 500€ will be paid in advance. This will be refunded upon return of all products, including the shipping costs in case there were paid via the website.

• Should the hirer decide to purchase, the Rent (+ deposit, as long this is not already refunded) will be deducted from the purchase value.

• Damages or defects to the rented goods will be charged to the Hirer according to the rate of relevant products on the website.

• Pick-up and Delivery costs shall be borne by the Hirer.

• If the hirer fails to return the products by the agreed date, all costs such as additional hire, loss of time of the next hirer, collection costs, transport costs or other costs shall be borne by the hirer.

How Does It Work?

When you place a reservation for the test set via our website, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a test period. Please note that waiting times may sometimes be longer than expected due to limited availability of test sets. Once your test period is scheduled, the set will be ready for pickup at our location. Upon collection, you will receive clear instructions to get started right away. And after 2 weeks you return the Multiwave Oscillator to us, including all accessories.
