MWO Maintenance Subscription

Ensure the optimal performance and longevity of your Multiwave Oscillator with our comprehensive monthly maintenance subscription. For a fixed fee of just €42.35 per month (including 21% VAT), you benefit from the following exclusive services:

1. Periodic Maintenance: At least once every two years, we offer a bring-in service. We send you special packaging materials with a return label, so you can easily send the machine to us for maintenance. During this service, we replace wear-sensitive parts with the latest available components, such as a new spark gap if available. Should interim maintenance be necessary, we provide this up to twice every three years.

2. Thorough Cleaning and Testing: We thoroughly clean the inside of the machine and conduct extensive tests to ensure your device is in perfect condition.

3. Extended Warranty: Enjoy extended warranty on manufacturing defects during the subscription period, valid for the same owner (the original buyer or first user of the machine).

4. Contractual Security: The subscription is contractually secured, and payments are conveniently handled via direct debit, ensuring regular and professional care for your Multiwave Oscillator.

Please note: The subscription expires if the machine is resold, unless we grant permission to transfer the subscription to the new owner.
