Vitakruid Minerals Complex 90 vegan caps

Vitakruid's Minerals Complex contains a broad spectrum of different minerals, supplemented with the absorption enhancer Betaine HCL. All selected on the basis of the mineral interaction schedule. An overview of the minerals in this supplement:

• Magnesium bisglycinate and citrate
  Contributes to a good electrolyte balance
• Manganese citrate

Dosage
Take 1 capsule in the evening with the meal. Unless otherwise advised.
