GABA is known as gamma-aminobutyric acid. As we age, we produce smaller and smaller amounts.

Several studies endorse the better absorption of GABA through the oral and cheek mucosa. Not only does the body absorb the nutrient faster this way, but taking it with a melting tablet also significantly increases the quality of absorption. For complete absorption, we recommend holding the tablet under the tongue for at least 10 minutes. This allows all substances to reach the bloodstream. The tablet has a natural strawberry flavour.
